Beginner Swimming Lessons

Dive into confidence with Wayfinding Kaia’s Beginner Splash. A one-hour session designed for absolute beginners. You’ll be taught by a certified swimming instructor who has experience teaching nervous and first-time swimmers with emphasis on safety, gradual progression, and building self-assurance in the water.

What to Expect

Warm welcome and quick safety briefing
Gentle water acclimation exercises
Floatation basics: back float, front float, and recovery
Kicking and arm movement introduction
Simple buoyancy and body-position drills
Positive, supportive feedback and individualised tips
