Join us after work for an introduction to lacrosse, where you'll learn the basics, take part in fun team activities, and connect with like-minded people in a relaxed, social setting. Expect good vibes, plenty of laughs, and the chance to leave with both a new skill and new connections.
Pics or It didn’t happen
Part scavenger hunt, part social adventure. Teams will travel across London completing challenges, earning points, and capturing photo evidence along the way. Expect a day full of connection, competition, laughter, and unforgettable moments with old and new friends alike.

A beginner-friendly salsa experience designed to bring people together through music, movement, and culture. Attendees will be guided through the foundations of salsa before enjoying a relaxed social atmosphere where they can practise, connect, and have fun. Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? This is your chance. Join us for a beginner-friendly aerial hoop class where you'll learn to spin, pose, and hang from the hoop under the guidance of expert instructors.
